Shipping policy
Standard shipping in our online shop: free delivery within Germany | paid delivery within the EU.
Note on our shipping provider: Due to a technical changeover at our logistics partner, we are currently shipping orders with DPD. The price and delivery time do not change for you. As soon as we are shipping with DHL GoGreen again, we will update this note. (Last updated: 28 July 2026)
We currently deliver to customers in Germany, Switzerland and the EU.
Shipping within Germany is free for you. Outside Germany we charge shipping costs depending on the country. These are displayed at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
Unless stated otherwise on the product, we dispatch the goods within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment. Your order is delivered on working days by our shipping provider. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery is accepted either by you personally or by an authorised person of legal age.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and the expected delivery date. If you are not there for the first delivery attempt, the carrier will either try again or leave the parcel at a parcel shop near you. You will receive a notification with the pickup location and opening hours, and you can collect your parcel there within the stated period by presenting proof of identity.
Transport damage
Most of the time everything arrives safely, but parcels or their contents are occasionally damaged in transit. Where possible, please check the packaging for transport damage when you receive the parcel. Damage to the packaging does not necessarily mean the product itself is damaged, as the goods are shipped well protected.
Visible loss or damage
Any external signs of loss or damage that occurred during transport count as visible loss or damage. We would be grateful if you could note these on the parcel, have them signed by the carrier's representative (the driver) and notify us within five days. In the event of damage, this allows us to hold the carrier accountable.
Concealed loss or damage
Damage that was not visible at the time of delivery but occurred during transport counts as concealed loss or damage. Improper handling of the parcel in transit can damage the contents without damaging the outer packaging.
In such a case, we would be grateful if you could contact us straight away so that we can give you instructions on how to proceed with the claim. If a claim is to be made, it is important to keep the packaging in which the damaged goods arrived. Goods should be inspected for concealed damage within five working days of delivery.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
